3. What fabric do you use for your clothing?

We use premium, comfortable fabrics such as:

  • Denim

  • Lycra Stretch

  • Polyester blends (for performance wear)

4. Do the colors on the website match the actual product?

We try to showcase colors as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Different screen brightness

  • Lighting during photoshoots

We ensure the quality remains consistent.


5. How long does delivery take?

  • India: 3–7 business days

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 days

Once shipped, a tracking link will be sent via SMS/email/WhatsApp.


6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available for most pincodes.
COD charges (if any) will appear at checkout.


7. Can I exchange my product if the size doesn’t fit?

Absolutely!
We offer easy size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unworn & unwashed

  • Tags and packaging are intact


8. What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 7 days if:

  • The product is unused

  • Tags are attached

  • Packaging is intact

Refund is processed once the item passes quality check.


9. Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or modify your order before it is shipped.
After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.


10. How do I wash and care for my clothes?

To maintain longevity:

  • Wash inside-out

  • Use mild detergent

  • Avoid bleach

  • Do not wring

  • Dry in shade

  • Iron on low heat

  • Follow specific care labels on garments


11. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re here to help!
Contact us within 48 hours with photos/video.
We will replace the item or arrange a full refund.


12. Do you restock sold-out items?

Yes, many items are restocked.
You can click “Notify Me When Available” on the product page.


13. Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship only within India.
